Tecmotiv has successfully implemented Lean Six Sigma in our manufacturing processes. We are proud to say that we now have two employees certified as Greenbelts and one employee certified as a Master Blackbelt. Tecmotiv has begun to actively pursue Lean Six Sigma processes and training in conjunction with the Rochester Institute of Technology.
