IDEX 2009 (July 2008)
Tecmotiv will be making the journey to beautiful
Abu Dhabi to attend IDEX 2009. The event is being held 22-26 February 2009 at Abu Dhabi National
Exibition Center and it is one of the largest defense exhibitions in the world. We are honored

LEAN Update (July 2008)
Tecmotiv has successfully implemented Lean Six Sigma in our manufacturing processes.
We are proud to say that we now have two employees certified as Greenbelts and one employee certified as a Master Blackbelt. We look forward to
constant improvement this brings to our company and to the further ability to keep supplying our valued customers with the quality parts and
components they require.

Tecmotiv goes LEAN! (January 2008)
Tecmotiv has begun to actively pursue Lean Six Sigma processes and training
in conjunction with the Rochester Institute of Technology. This is being
done to streamline our capabilities in this quality driven, cost conscious
environment and several employees have already been committed to Greenbelt
Training.

Once again Tecmotiv had great success at the DoD Maintenance Symposium held
November 13-16, 2007 in Orlando, Fl. We thank everyone who stopped to see

Tecmotiv Installs new Dyno (October 2007)
Tecmotiv has just completed installation on a new 1500 Horsepower Taylor
Dynamometer. This will assist Tecmotiv in improving turnaround
times, horsepower capabilities and gives us additional testing resources.

With a proven ability to meet the
demands of Governments worldwide, Tecmotiv has been awarded a FMS
contract with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This contract consists of
1790 2CA engines, 1790 rebuild kits and basic issue items.

Tecmotiv's high quality
work has resulted in another award for a 1790 engine contract for the US Marine
Corp. This is a multi year contract to overhaul and repair the

quality and service on the Namsa AVDS-1790 engine rebuild
& overhaul program has led to a contract to overhaul the
AVDS-1790-2DR engines for the United States Marine Corp.

(July 2004)
Tecmotiv continues to win major supply contracts to the US
Army. This award is for the supply of M113 transfer cases.
Delivery is scheduled to be completed before June 2005.

Tecmotiv receives order to
overhaul XTG-411 transmissions for United Defense LP(August
2003)
This award is a testament to Tecmotiv's knowledge and expertise
on the XTG-411 transmission. For many years Tecmotiv has been
the principal supplier to the US Government for the Main Assembly
Modification Kits and the Transmission Gasket Kits. Tecmotiv
has met all delivery expectations on this program and forecasts
that it will deliver the balance of the order on schedule.

Tecmotiv receives US Government
approval for the overhaul of AVDS 1790 engines! (July 2001)
Nato Maintenance and Supply Agency (NAMSA) awards Tecmotiv
a five year contract to rebuild & overhaul program the
AVDS-1790 series of engines in accordance with the US Army
DMWR. A requirement of this contract was to successfully complete
a 400hr first article test. The 400hr test was supervised
by a Government Quality Assurance Representative in July 2001,
resulting in an endorsement from Tacom approving Tecmotiv
as a qualified source of rebuilding and overhauling the AVDS-1790
series of engines.
